Repair & Maintenance
Older doors often have years of use left in the panels and the frame. What fails is the smaller hardware around them. Replacing rollers, hinges, brackets and seals on a sound door is one of the most worthwhile jobs we do.

- Every morning the door announces itself to the whole street: a long metallic squeal as it climbs, a rattle at the top, and a groan on the way back down.Garage Door Tune-Up
- The door came down fine but with a scraping noise, and now the vertical track on one side is bowed away from the wall.Off-Track Garage Door Reset
- You misjudged the last metre of the driveway and felt the bumper meet the door.Garage Door Panel Replacement
- The strip under the door has gone as hard as a hose left out for ten summers.Garage Door Bottom Seal Replacement
- The new door went in last year and looks perfect, but the old wooden stop and its tired seal were left in place.Garage Door Perimeter Weatherstrip

Garage Door Safety Inspection
Following the force after an impact
When a vehicle or something heavy has struck the door, the technician starts at the mark and works outward along the force's path. A dented bottom section can push a roller sideways in its track, bend the track itself where the roller was, shift a bottom bracket and change how that cable sits on its drum. The hinges beside the impact are checked for splits and the strut for a kink.
The door is then observed through a cycle to see whether it now twists or hesitates at the point of damage. The finding is written up as cosmetic, hardware repair, section replacement or a counterbalance that needs resetting, so you can decide with the whole picture in view.
